It's beginning to feel.....

A lot like Christmas....
I've got Christmas sculpts of doll/ornaments popping out everywhere, but only this one is finished! The picture shows what I needed to get fixed, so now the snowball's hat is shorter and snowman's collar is also shorter. I'm about to leave for a much needed mini vacation but had to get this little guy on. He is one of my August offerings for Spookytime Jingles,
and is a hanging ornament, made out of airdry clay and generous amounts of german glass glitter, and as always all handmade from my own designs. I was a bit scared that I would cut myself and bleed allover the darn thing, but I didn't and I love how it sparkles so prettily, let me know what you think!... TTYL

" The Promise "....

“ The Promise ”

I promise to wait for you, come what may,
Time will stand still until that time and day.
My thoughts of you, will carry me through.
Till then my love, I promise to wait for you.

Gourd Babies

" In A Pickle"
Out of your gourd with delight,
or in a pickle with fright.
It's the time and the season
no matter the reason,
If goblins and ghost are seen,
Please tell me it's Halloween !
By Flora Thompson

"In A Pickle"

"Out of Your Gourd"

Look at how strangely odd my little " Gourd Babies " came out...Just a bit of the Bone*Head*Studios in them I guess and I enjoyed how they " flowed " as I made them.
I usually have a drawing that I've done and work from as I go, but not these little guys and the expressions on both their faces were exactly what I wanted! I'm sure these halloween dolls/sculpts aren't everybody's cuppa but they do grow on ya! I sure do hope the buyers at Spookytime Jingles agree! Don't forget to stop by and say hi or BUY...Nite all.

A little something...

Different... maybe? This is my little logo girl, done up in a Christmas and Halloween style for " A MerryBoo Time!"
I want to learn how to use psp so that I can do what my friend Annette of Huckleberry Arts does, then maybe I wouldn't have to keep bugging her! I guess I'll have to be satisfied with doing these till then, I really should get a better scanner.
These look so much better in person and I had fun doing them too...it made me forget how exhausted I was and I didn't get to bed till the wee hours of the next morning...lol. These are for SpookyTime Jingles the launch date is almost here and I'm still trying to get things finished up for it!!!
I then have to start gearing up for my Harts offerings now...no rest for the weary...or is it the wicked?,they could both apply. I need to think of just one more little something....

It came out better that I expected!!! Thanks to Terri, BlueJean and Kristine!this is what she looked like before

Yes they are definitely all flakey!..and it's a good thing.

Sweatin' bullets!!!

How's that for a descriptive intro? I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row and "paperwork" done for my new selling site launch, every two steps forward seems to gets me one step back!!!! Anywho, I thought I'd show one of the projects in progress.
This one is called " In a pickle " and came out very cute! He is all of about 6 1/2"
tall in his vignette.
